Space Cuts Done 1.1


Wonk’s hair was ratty, needed a trim, his regular person was on vacation. As a result he went to his first Space Clips, got an VIP at the one across from Starbucks at Osbourne Square. They were close to the mark, he liked the "It's great to be showered with attention" slogan, and the VIP concept, (pay more and we will give you a hot towel). It was a perfect test of his thesis.  The girls were not showing skin, BUT, they also didn’t go an extra mile in personal, courteous service. They seemed about the same as any other haircut salon.

What an opportunity for disruption, Wonk thought to himself.
